He strives for excellence in his professional endeavors and is committed to delivering high-quality results to customers.

Troy’s career has also taken him across the globe, where he has gained international experience in regions such as Oman, the UAE, Qatar, South America, the US, and Canada. This global perspective allows him to successfully manage and grow Wenzel’s presence across multiple markets, driving business development strategies and expanding the company’s footprint internationally.
His blend of hands-on field experience and sales expertise positions him as a key player in Wenzel’s ongoing success, helping the company deliver high-quality downhole solutions to clients worldwide.
In 2018, he joined Basin Middle East and Africa. He combines his passion for entrepreneurship and business development with his ability to speak five languages fluently to bridge cultural gaps in business. Seif has track record in sales and is obsessed with customer satisfaction.
Today, Seif is the President for Basin/Wenzel for the Middle East and Africa and is based out of Dubai, UAE.
